AI production is fast. Keeping track of it isn't.
Generation tools make frames. They don't run a production. Shots get made in one place, reviewed in another and approved in a chat thread, and nobody can say where a shot stands or what went into it.

SIGNET turns storyboards into shot packages, sends them to artists and brings the work back for review. The producer sees every shot, every asset and every decision in one place.
- Storyboard ingestImport storyboard PDFs. SIGNET reads each shot and its assets block and builds a package listing what the shot needs.
- Asset passportsCharacters, locations, wardrobe and props each get a passport with a C4 ID, rights and likeness status. Locked passports are integrity-checked.
- Assign + deployPackages go to the artist's AMIRA with every asset C4-verified. Deployment stays blocked until required assets are confirmed.
- Live BoardEvery shot as a node on one pannable board: status, artist, priority and what it's waiting on.

Where the shots get made.
AMIRA organizes generation around the production's shot IDs. The package, references, prompts, results and producer notes for a shot all live together, and any past setup can be reloaded.
- Two modesLocal projects for private work stay on the artist's machine and never send anything to SIGNET. Synced projects receive packages and return review sets.
- Image LabGPT Image 2 direct from OpenAI, plus fal.ai image models. Text to image, edit and multi-reference.
- Video LabSeedance 2.0 and 2.5 through TopView and fal.ai: reference, image to video, text to video and rework. Images, video and audio references tagged @Image1, @Video1, @Audio1.

Studios need to show their counsel how an AI shot was made. M-Deck records it as the work happens: which files went in, which model and service made the frame, what rights each input carried, and which producer approved it.
C4 content IDs
Every storyboard, asset, reference and output gets a SMPTE ST 2114 C4 ID computed from its bytes. Renaming a file doesn't change it. Changing one pixel does.

Cleared routes
The producer keeps the project's list of cleared routes. A route is the model plus the service it runs through, because coverage follows the vendor contract.

- Approving an ALT item takes a signed override note
- A printable clearance report for every shot
Chain of custody
